Happy 3rd Birthday, Rachael Dear!!

Here’s another late post.  My Goddaughter’s birthday is August 12 but as I said in my last post, it has been a little busier than usual.  So this is catch up for the 12th of August 2012.

Watching my munchkins grow, I now know the first and second birthdays aren’t something the kid actually knows what is going on.  By 3, they do understand it’s a special day and it’s all theirs.  Whether they remember it or not is a whole other problem.

Rach was all systems go and wanted to enjoy her day at Universal Studios Singapore.

I’m so proud of her because she got on the Transformers Ride too!!  She’s definitely growing up and it’s her first birthday that she actually knows what is going on.  Safe to say, she throughly enjoyed herself and I thoroughly enjoyed myself watching her enjoy the day :p  Also, I got to ride the Transformers Ride 3 times!!  The first time, all of us got on and the next two times were with my Transformers buddy, my nephew 🙂 He loved it as much as I did.  It’s such a well designed ride.  I can’t wait to go on it again!!

I actually don’t remember my birthdays before I was 7 so I don’t know if children remember theirs until they are about 5 or 6 but at 3, they can actually understand what the day is all about.  The best thing for us parents and pseudo parents is the giving of gifts and watching them light up 🙂

Now I know how children can get terribly spoilt.  We spoil them because it makes us so darn happy when they are happy :p but we want them to be better people more than we want to keep ourselves happy so we don’t do this too often.

Happy birthday my dearest Rachael!!  May all your birthdays be as fun as this one and may God shower you with His blessings 🙂  Love you so much, Little One!!

Happy Birthday Jules!!!

Ok, I was out of the office and missed the call time!!!

So hope you feel this hug flying through cyberspace from Singapore to Japan, it comes with my warmest wishes that your first birthday in Japan be filled of dreams happening in sweet doses 🙂

Miss you much … movies, lunches, hanging out doesn't seem quite the same but I'm looking forward to coming to Japan to show of my Aikido moves.

Ichi Ni San Shi Go Roku Shichi Hachi Kyu Ju!!!
