That’s because if our D&D is anything to go by, you could just join us and have your picture taken with a number of different characters 🙂
It really is more fun when everyone tries a little so I was lucky to share a table with my bunch of friends who really made the night that much more fun 🙂
The theme was movie night so we were there as characters from movies. This is my attempt at crazy bitch geisha, Hatsumomo from Memoirs of a Geisha and here’s me with my partner-in-crime, Elizabeth Swann. She was among the best dressed, ok? Don’t mess!! Hey Daph, when you’re reading this, know that I’m so so so glad I get to come to work with you 🙂 It is a little easier when we share the pain and laugh it all off :p
For everyone else, you know 3D is like the next big thing … especially after Avatar … at work, I’m lucky enough to have my very own 3D. Corny, I know :p My little cubicle at work is surrounded by them. To my left is Daph a.k.a. Elizabeth Swann. And when I look up 🙂
It’s Harry 🙂 Daryl worked really hard for the D&D and I have to say, it completely paid off. Him and his crew really pulled off some magic for a great night that I dare say, everyone enjoyed. The third D is Dan who came as the Phantom of the Opera, seen here with Karate Kid, Marcus.
Together the 3D and M really make lunch time reason enough to come to work, which brings me to the fact that I’m craving sandwiches … I wonder why. Anyway, I digress … back to the fun fun fun night!! We ate, we drank, we partied and basically chilled like we hardly do in the office 😉
Aren’t you terribly impressed with Queen Amidala and Willy Wonka? Willy even won best dressed!! Her majesty, Amidala should have won too … yes, I’m a tad sore about that. Other than that, the night was a blast!! If you’re wondering what CW, dude in the left of the picture, is … I’m not quite sure but one day I just may make a movie about this crazy bunch that makes my office such a hoot to be in and I’ll cast him just like that. So you can say, he’s coming as himself from a film that hasn’t been made 😉
One last shot of the department I’m a part of … hopefully, next year we’ll have just as much fun 🙂
