It was millet puffs again for breakfast, which reminds me I’m running out so I’ve got to get some more when I go to the supermarket again today. Lunch was a simple combination of steamed broccoli and carrots with some nasi lemak that my sister cooked up 🙂 It was really quite delightful.
Dinner was my adventure. I made chickpea curry!! I’ve been wanting to do it for such a long time but never got around to do it. So there’s some good things that’s coming out of this diet.
I’m rather happy to report that it was really quite good .. ahem … if I don’t say so myself. I can’t wait to try a mixed veggie curry later this week. I’m now thinking of coming up with a cookbook for this diet. In case anyone else out there is interested 🙂
P/S: Went to the supermarket and they were out of millet puffs so it’ll be brown rice puffs once I finish this batch of millet ones :p
