Day 4 of 16

I’ve been enjoying my millet puffs but today I tried something different. A veggie smoothie for breakfast!! I can see my friends, Daph and Farah cringing as I made it and in all honesty some 7 years ago, I’d be cringing too. Fast forward to 2009 and I’m actually all for it. Broccoli stems, Romaine Lettuce and Celery. I love it. Took advice from a friend and made sure I slowly added water and I had a smoothie that lasted me longer than the millet puffs usually do. It was yummy too πŸ™‚

Except for having to wash the blender, I loved it so much that I can’t wait to be able to eat fruits again and make a fruity one :p For now, I’m sure there’ll be more smoothies coming my way. Lunch was stir fried rice with steam broccoli and carrots.

Another satisfying meal πŸ™‚ I have to say I’m enjoying this a lot more than I expected but I have to say when I see a lolly, my mind imagines how it tastes :p Dinner time was left over soup from the night before and I just added some old cucumber, another winner together with stir fried long beans, carrots topped of with some raw capsicum. It was alright, nothing special, if only I could have it with soy sauce :p
