Have I ever told you how grateful I am for straight flights to LA? It really makes traveling to the US so much more comfortable. I managed to get 6 hours of sleep and caught up on movies I haven’t seen :-
- Spiderman 3 – Topher would have made a better Spidey than Tobey.
- Shrek 3 – 1 was great, 2 was still funny but 3 is one you can give a miss.
- Meet the Robinson – Like all good Disney movies, it’s feel good but with the intense animation competition nowadays, it’s a straight to DVD vote from me.
- Fracture – I haven’t watched a courtroom drama as good as this in a long long time. Anthony Hopkins is amazing beyond words, subtle yet powerful. Ryan Gosling is all grown up and very very yummy 🙂 The DVD is out so go catch it. The script is a smart one too.
The neat thing about this flight is the view from my window.
Makes me want to be a bird … …
