I’m no longer an Aikido virgin 🙂 All I can say is that it went a lot better than I had expected. So ok, except for the teachers the rest of the class were much younger than us and I tumbled rather than rolled as the move called for it. All in all, it wasn’t that bad … good enough for me to look forward to next week and start researching Aikido on the net.

So that’s me, Tessy and Ms. MK (My first Aikido friend!!) in our training attire. Not bad, huh? This is how we look like AFTER class … would you mistake us for clients in a spa waiting to get a facial?
